Chairman
BSc. Honours Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London. He has over 35 years working experience in the mining industry both in Zambia and internationally. Over this period, he has served in including Chief Executive level in production, technical, metal marketing and sales, project and consulting. Mr Mutati brings a wealth of experience to the board having sat on various boards for both for profit and nonprofit organisation locally and internationally. After retiring in 2000, he set up private companies and is involved in various community and charity works.
Director
Mr Kabali is a graduate of the University of Zambia in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. With a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. He has over 16 years’ experience in the ICT industry and serves as the Country Director of the Mulenga Autism Foundation. Mr Kabali co-founded the organisation on inspiration of his son who is on the autism spectrum.

Dr. Tamara Chansa-Kabali holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the Universities of Jyvaskyla and Zambia. She is a consulting professional with over a decade’s experience with solid expertise in child development, education, disability inclusion and mental health. She is a senior academic member of staff at the University of Zambia, Department of Psychology with a demonstratable track record of conducting psychological and educational research. She co-founded Mulenga Autism Foundation on the premise of experience as a parent and professional. She serves the organisation as Director of Psychological and Therapy Services.
Trustee
Henry Kazadi Mwanza, a dedicated professional, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology. He actively contributes to projects in Psychology, Child Welfare, Mental Health, and Human Rights. Involved with organizations like USAID, REPSSI Zambia, and Mulenga Autism Foundation, he’s committed to making a positive impact.
Trustee
MSc in Marketing from University of Salford, he has over 28 years’ experience as a marketer and entrepreneur. He is the CEO and founder of BUK Holdings Limited, a Zambian success story that inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs. He brings a wealth of business experience to the board.
Trustee
A Computer Mathematician by profession, Ruth spent over 25 years in the ICT sector of Zambia and over saw the introduction of many new technologies to the financial services sector. After retiring in 2017, she consults for various organisations and spends time decorating.

Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe is the Secretary General of the Common Market of Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors spanning over 40 years in both local and international organisations. She has served as an Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund as well as Member of Parliament, Deputy Minister of Finance and Managing Director of the National Airports Corporation Limited in Zambia. She has served and continues to serve on several boards including the Global Water Partnership, ZEP -RE, COMESA Business Council, Mulenga Autism Foundation, Zambia Revenue Authority, Bank of Zambia, Ecobank Zambia Limited, BP Zambia Limited, Zambia Privatisation Trust Fund, Airports Council International, African Civil Aviation Commission. Kapwepwe is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Lewis Shikapwasha has over 20 years of pastoral experience and currently Resident Pastor at Bread of Life Church International, Perth Australia Branch. He holds Doctorate in Leadership and Ministry from Eagle Christian University in Texas USA and operates as a pioneer, teacher, counselor and revivalist bringing the message of hope and salvation to over 10 nations namely Kenya, Tanzania, Congo, Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Finland, Estonia, United States of America, Mexico and Australia.
